A busy week selling and not great weather hindered my plans slightly, but whilst out collecting more supplies I came across some tree cuttings that caught my eye and got me thinking.
Last year probably where this all began we had a largish tree removed from our rear garden, and the tree surgeon asked if we wanted the stump removed or left as a feature?( i did not even realise this was a thing!
What could I make it? a table base? a bird bath? or maybe a magical castle for my garden gnomes.
So i grabbed my paints and set about creating a moss covered, exposed brickwork castle in the garden which I actually love.
This was the inspiration for the two new castles which I have uploaded pics of, the natural features at the bottom created doors into the bases let me know what you think?
